At Bellodeor, customer satisfaction is our priority. Free returns are available for all sale items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the return conditions below are met.

Eligibility for Returns

Only products with:

Manufacturing defects, or Incorrect / mismatched items will be eligible for return.

To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

All original packaging, pamphlets, and sample items must be included.

Incomplete, damaged, altered, or used returns will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

If all return requirements are met, there will be no return fees.

How To Return Your Purchase

If your order qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team to arrange a free collection.

2. Our team will send you a Return Air Way Bill Number via email.

3. Place the item(s) back into the original packaging.

4. Remove any old shipping labels from the outside of the package.

5. Use the tracking number provided on the Return Air Way Bill to track your return shipment.

If products are returned through any method other than our official collection service, Bellodeor will not be responsible or liable for the shipment.

Receiving A Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will begin processing your refund.

Refunds are generally issued within 15 working days through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
